METER CHANGES &
LINE WALKERS

Please be advised that throughout the course of the next few weeks our servicemen will be in many areas of the co-op doing routine meter changes and scanning for any possible underground leaks. Government regulations require gas meters to be changed out and sent away for inspection at regular intervals. Please note that gas service is not interrupted during this maintenance process.

Zero Tolerance Policy

A friendly reminder to all of our valued customers here at Battle River Gas Co-op Ltd.

Battle River Gas Co-op Ltd. is becoming increasingly concerned about the safety and well-being of its personnel regarding verbal abuse or physical threats. Battle River Gas Co-op Ltd. will not tolerate any form of abuse of, or threats to, its personnel while in the course of fulfilling their duties. This includes both office personnel when interacting with a person by electronic means or in person and operational personnel while in a public place or while at a service location. There will be zero tolerance for such behavior. The consequences of such behavior may result in termination of service, expulsion from Battle River Gas Co-op Ltd. and/or reporting such incidents to law enforcement.
